Creating a Lean Culture in the Service/Transactional Environment Workshop Series (Tallahassee)

Objective:

The Florida Sterling Council and Practical Quality Services, Inc. have teamed up to offer this training. Creating a lean culture means building a culture of providing excellent service to your customers, with the least amount of cost, by taking the “waste” out of work processes. Not by working harder, but by working smarter, utilizing a set of tools and concepts first implemented by Toyota in the now famous Toyota Production System. Lean helps you to streamline your work, to provide excellent service while at the same time making your jobs less stressful.
