Regional Workshops are offered throughout the year and are open to all organizations. We incorporate examples from a variety of public, private, manufacturing, health, and educational organizations. We recommend sending teams so they can continue to interact back at your site, but individuals are welcome. Regional Training Flyer.

Organizational Specific Training is customized for your organization and your employees. If you would like to train 10 or more employees, this is the most effective and cost efficient way to do it because the training is scheduled at your site thus reducing travel time and costs for your employees. All regional courses can be customized, and other training/consultation requests will be considered. Customized Training Flyer.

Leadership Mentoring is an on-going process that provides information and support as you work toward Performance Excellence. Face-to-face, e-mail, and phone support is available to answer the questions as they arise or to give feedback on the structure of your plans and initiatives.

Sterling Examiner Training is an intensive learning experience. Examiners commit many hours to the process, but organizations reap the reward of internal expertise. For more information about examiner training, please click on the "Examiners" tab to the left.
