Sterling Horizon

The Sterling Horizon assessment helps you begin the process of telling the story of your organization in a concise way. You will complete the 5-page Organizational Profile to define the big picture of what is important to your organization. The Horizon process provides you with an opportunity to better understand the Sterling/Baldrige Criteria through a half-day site visit with a senior examiner or Sterling staff member. This hands-on consultative and mentoring approach is followed by a formal feedback report that will give you direction and focus points as you move forward on your Path to Excellence.
