Sterling Explorer

The Sterling Explorer includes the Organizational Profile, but also ask you to start exploring how you align, “what you do” to “what you say is important.” You will receive an overview of the Sterling/Baldrige Criteria, instructions and modeling of how to use bulleted responses in the template to ensure you give the most accurate and complete description of how you currently operate. You will receive a feedback report with strengths, opportunities for improvement, and recommendations for next steps to plan your highest impact actions to continue on your Path to Excellence.
