Sterling Business Blueprint for Not-For-Profit Organizations This business process improvement session is designed by the Florida Sterling Council and made available to Not-For-Profit Organizations at a significantly reduced rate through a generous grant from the American Express Foundation. This session, exclusively for Not-For-Profit Organizatons in Miami-Dade County & Palm Beach County, will enable participating organizations to: increase levels of service to customers, increase growth and sustainability, and improve relationships with employees and volunteers.
