Summer/Fall 2011 Regional Training Dates

Participants must have a working knowledge of the Sterling Criteria or Criteria training before attending a Balanced Scorecard, Leading to Performance Excellence, or Knowledge Management session.

Sterling Criteria and Evaluating Applications are prerequisites for new Sterling Examiners. Evaluating Applications requires extensive pre-work.

Please provide ALL information on the registration form and submit at least three weeks prior to the class.

Sterling reserves the right to cancel classes with fewer than 10 paid participants.
