Standard Registration $995.00
If registered and PAID by April 16, 2012, you will receive a $100 discount off the standard registration rate. $895.00
If a group of 5+ registrants from the same organization register TOGETHER and is PAID by March 31, 2012, there is a $200 discount per registrant off the standard registration rate $795.00
Daily Conference Registration (per day) $350.00

    If you are requesting an invoice and there is a Purchase Order which we should invoice upon, please include the PO number on the registration form. Please be aware that a Purchase Order does not satisfy the requirement for a FULL payment. The available discounts will not apply until the registration is PAID IN FULL.
